**What you'll do**
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy data engineering solutions that drive business value
* Working closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
* Designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines using cloud technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Functions
* Developing and implementing data models, data warehouses, and data lakes using tools like Teradata, Cassandra, and MongoDB
* Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring
* Providing technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data engineering
**All you'll need for success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field
* At least 1 year of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related field
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
* Experience with cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
* Familiarity with data platforms like Teradata, Cassandra, and MongoDB
* Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and Agile development methodologies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
**Preferred qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related field
* 3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field
* Full-stack development experience, ideally in Azure
* Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
* Certification in Azure Development Track or Spark
**Skills, licenses & certifications**
* Experience with the Azure Technology stack for data management, data ingestion, capture, processing, curation, and developing intake layers
* Working knowledge of supplying sensible routes in the Azure Native cloud services
* Spark Certification (preferred)
* Azure Development Track Certification (preferred)
