**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing data pipelines to support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data services. You'll work closely with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure that our data pipelines are scalable, efficient, and meet the evolving needs of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data warehouses.
* Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and advanced analytics.
* Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS.
* Work with cloud-based technologies such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Data Factory, and Databricks to design and implement data pipelines.
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
* Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models using cloud-based platforms such as Azure Machine Learning and Google Cloud AI Platform.
* Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
* Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is well-documented, tested, and meets arenaflex's coding standards.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS.
* 3+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies such as ADLS, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
* Broad experience working with different data sources (SQL, Oracle database, flat files (csv, delimited), Web API, XML).
* High-level SQL skills and strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent programming experience.
* Azure certifications.
* Experience executing data integration strategies, such as event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub).
* Experience with Git/Azure DevOps.
* Experience delivering data solutions through agile software development processes.
* Familiarity with the retail industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working with SAP integration tools, including SAP BW.
* Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler.
