**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing data pipelines to support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts, to ensure that our data solutions meet the evolving needs of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data warehouses
* Collaborate with Data Architects to design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes
* Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL tools, such as Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
* Work with Data Scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions to meet those needs
* Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, data models, and data warehouses
* Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
* 3+ years of experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Databricks
* 3+ years of experience working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and Cassandra
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
* Strong understanding of ETL tools, such as Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
* Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
* Strong understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics
* Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex SQL queries against various data sources
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Experience executing data integration strategies, such as event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub)
* Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
* Experience conveying data solutions through agile software development processes
* Openness to the retail business
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with SAP integration tools, including SAP BusinessObjects
* Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler
