**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain our cloud-based data pipelines and information architectures. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient data pipelines that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. You'll work closely with our data science team to integrate data from various sources, ensure data quality and accessibility, and provide insights that inform business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement cloud-based data pipelines using Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies
* Collaborate with data science team to integrate data from various sources, ensure data quality and accessibility, and provide insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering projects and initiatives
* Investigate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data engineering processes and efficiency
* Ensure data security, compliance, and governance in accordance with arenaflex policies and industry standards
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of data engineering projects
* Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related field
* Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies
* Experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
* Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance frameworks
* Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
* Experience with healthcare industry data and regulations
* Certification in data engineering, data architecture, or related field
