Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Applying advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyzing user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped user needs and untapped content opportunities
- Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions
- Streamlining our content release and episode discharge process
- Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
- Four-year college education in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Pleasant TO-HAVES
We're also looking for candidates with:
- Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
