**Job Description:**
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the estimation of endorser adjusts across the Disney Streaming portfolio. Your primary objective will be to assist in continuous partner estimating for various business key drivers. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change informing (including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered) by determining which subscribers should receive our legally required warnings. Additionally, you will assist in identifying subscribers impacted by events requiring essential and lawful remediations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee admission and record information requirements connected with subscriber informing drives (including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new information being gathered) and occurrence remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required).
* Develop queries based on required business rationale, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise partners of subscribers for informing or potentially remediation.
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams, and provide concise summaries of technical progress and potential roadblocks to business partners.
* Develop a solid understanding of subscriber adjusts and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information.
* Oversee project planning and timelines, and supervise cross-functional delivery to ensure status for significant business events.
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data breaches.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline.
* 3+ years of scientific experience.
* Proven ability to convey technical or potentially logical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
* Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
* Degree in a scientific field.
**Good To Haves:**
* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
* Postgraduate education.
* Knowledge of Windstream.
