**The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be part of our Business Execution Reporting and Analysis team, which plays a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement data-driven solutions that inform business strategy and drive operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics
* Work with data engineers to develop and maintain data pipelines and data quality processes
* Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
* Provide data analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making
* Collaborate with business partners to identify areas for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive operational excellence
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
