**Work Synopsis**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to research, gather, and analyze client data, transforming raw data into meaningful insights. You will be the creative force behind client-driven dashboards that capture key performance indicators, helping our product teams in their critical decision-making process. You will collaborate with other Data Ventures teams, combining your skills with theirs to analyze, evaluate, and provide insights about our clients that drive our business strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research, gather, and analyze client data to identify trends and patterns
* Develop and maintain complex data models, including data visualization and reporting
* Collaborate with business and product partners to tackle challenging business problems and identify opportunities for growth
* Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover hidden insights and provide actionable recommendations
* Define and assess key performance indicators for new product launches
* Create data-driven dashboards to monitor and measure the impact of product initiatives and business challenges
* Identify new opportunities to improve key financial metrics, understanding underlying drivers for change in metrics
* Lead exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical derivation, and statistical analysis
* Work with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle accurate data from various sources
* Collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
* 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
* Familiarity with data quality tools, such as Google DataPlex, Collibra Information Quality, or SAS Information Management
* Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google BigQuery, Hive, or Amazon Redshift
* Experience with data visualization, data storytelling, and data communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
* Experience in retail, marketing, healthcare, e-commerce, or related industries
* Familiarity with data science tools, such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing
* Strong understanding of data ethics, data privacy, and data security
* Experience with data governance, data quality, and data compliance
