**Job Summary**
We are urgently hiring for a remote data entry job at careerzynith, and we're looking for an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team. As a data analyst, you will work with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and create data visualizations to inform business decisions. You will also engage with cross-functional teams to analyze stakeholder needs and provide actionable insights.
**Responsibilities**
As a data analyst at careerzynith, your responsibilities will include:
* Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and create data visualizations to inform business decisions
* Developing ETLs or scripts to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
* Engaging with cross-functional teams to analyze stakeholder needs and provide actionable insights
* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
* Documenting your methods and sharing your expertise with colleagues, including mentoring junior team members as you become a Subject Matter Expert
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
* Creativity with a user experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
* Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems, ideally with a supply chain background and transportation experience
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
