**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and inform strategic decisions through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-layered data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to inform our content strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-layered data sets to drive business decisions
* Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing habits, engagement patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
* Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience working with large-scale data sets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
* Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
* Experience with data storytelling and communication, with a focus on visual and written communication

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
