**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of data-driven insights that drive business growth. As a data analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with record groups and contracting teams to identify and segregate changes resulting from over/under payment practices and incorporate these into actual to-anticipated results.
* Aid the development of convenient, creative, objective analysis that leads to truth-based answers for key business issues.
* Provide client support to internal and external clients, including satisfying quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain automated processes to identify data and interaction integrity issues, providing detailed recommendations for issue resolution.
* Identify, analyze, and drive issue definition and hypothesis development as it relates to the specific business environment.
* Organize remote partnered data with internal expertise.
* Plan and present standard and impromptu service reports and presentations for projects.
* Use query-based tools to create and run queries used for data mining and analysis to support other work responsibilities and impromptu tasks.
* Perform specific tasks identified in the compliance monitoring system, including assessment of definitions, cost increase maintenance, and organization ID.
* Work cross-functionally with peers in Sales, Finance, Regulation, Contracting, and Contract Management.
**Essential Capabilities**
* Experience working with internal and external resources to aid the development of processes and project designs that meet division objectives within budget and established timelines.
* Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders to ensure quality standards for service.
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to resolve issues to ensure completed goals and determining when acceleration of issues is necessary.
* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/coordinating and tracking details and meeting time constraints of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
* Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues.
* Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or anomalies to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
* High-level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using Normal capability, combining and focusing cells, printing focused page, and creating a pivot table).
* High-level ability in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., changing picture styles, altering animation, and setting automatic slide timings).
* High-level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., adding engineer tab, creating a full-scale, designing table style, embedding comments, or creating a mail merge).
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Graduate degree
* Four-year certification in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems.
* Knowledge of advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.).
* Experience with system administration (e.g., Master, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.).
* Experience with business intelligence tools alongside data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, Master, etc.).
* Experience with teaching, coaching, and training staff.
* Knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Benefit Consultancy, or Managed Care organization.
* Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization.
* Knowledge of pharmacy industry pricing.
* Experience with project management (e.g., planning, coordinating, and overseeing resources to achieve the effective completion of specific project objectives and goals).
* Knowledge of systems like Cure and GIS.
* Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, and data warehouse management.
* Experience in a data warehouse/business intelligence/decision support network environment or IT experience.
* Knowledge of statistical concepts and data mining methods.
