**Job Summary**
As a Sr. Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources. With moderate supervision, you will create reports from initial concept to production, communicate results to a wide range of audiences, and utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions
* Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
* Create reports from initial concept to production, communicate results to a wide range of audiences
* Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management
* Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
* Guide less senior staff, work in cross-functional projects, and regularly present to management
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
* Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
* Proficient in analysis software and applications
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
* Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
