**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our data-driven approach is aligned with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business initiatives and decision-making processes.
* Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
* Advance the scientific capabilities of the business by collaborating in the design of analytical solutions and delivering exceptional data insights and products.
* Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
* Employ statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)
* 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets.
* Experience in delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership.
**Good TO-HAVES**
* Master's degree in a scientific field
* Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
* Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces
* Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
* Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
* Strong motivation and ability to work independently
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Humor and creativity
* Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges.
