**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to lead our Adversarial Abuse/Analytics team. As a key member of our Trust and Safety organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to identify and mitigate online threats, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of adversarial behavior. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to drive the development of new tools and features that enhance the user experience and improve the overall safety of our platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse/Analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to identify and mitigate online threats
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to drive the development of new tools and features that enhance the user experience and improve the overall safety of our platform
* Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to identify patterns and anomalies in user behavior
* Work with large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform product development and business strategy
* Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including product managers and executives
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
* Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the overall user experience

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis and science, with a focus on machine learning and data modeling
* Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
* Strong understanding of data modeling and machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
* Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models and algorithms
