**About the Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Spanish Speaker, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. You will be working from home, with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a talented and motivated team.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls
* Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
* Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
**Qualifications**
* Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-oriented and compassionate
* Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
* Analytical skills and problem-solving
* Sound judgment and decision-making skills
