**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. **Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
