Our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures group is responsible for changing the way we make new sales enablement experiences for staff at arenaflex affiliates globally at countless retail locations.
We're looking for a driven and pioneering individual who will support a team in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. The scope of work requires the ability to adapt from program methodology to development, to activities, to experience design, to geo status. The successful candidate should be high-energy, proactive, enthusiastic about customer experience, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Act as the Content and Customer Experience expert for CSO's most critical new Sales Enablement program, focusing on the customer experience and challenging traditional approaches to ensure the team can deliver the best product at scale and on time.
* Collaborate across regional and global teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Sales Enablement.
* Map out the customer journey and work with program lead on the best ways to meet goals.
* Organize content from various sources.
* Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all company content, and monitor which parts are performing well and which ones need to be refreshed.
* Participate in rapid prototyping and testing.
* Create cool arrangements with our IT and Product Management teams that will help speed up sales, improve the overall customer experience, and drive sales.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
* 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners; experience working in a geo-diverse environment.
* Deep experience in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to achieve more sales.
* Immense understanding of arenaflex products' features, benefits, and applications.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform basic metric customer experience data into successful content strategies.
* Past experience in customer service tools to impact both front-end and back-end solutions; Adobe Experience Director is a plus.
* Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is an absolute necessity.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Highest level of morals, values, integrity, and trust.
