**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the music streaming platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure they have the best possible listening experience. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Dutch and English. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Dutch and English
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
* Help customers navigate the music streaming platform and ensure they have the best possible listening experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Professional/business level proficiency in Dutch and English
* Experience with inbound web messaging and customer support software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with music streaming services or similar industries
* Knowledge of music streaming platforms and features
* Experience with customer support software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Certification in customer support or related fields
* Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
