**Job Overview**
As a contractor with arenaflex, you will work from home, interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support, addressing their needs and concerns in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner. You will have the opportunity to create a work schedule that suits your needs, within the client's hours of operation.
**Schedule and Earnings**
The majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, with the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. Your contract earnings will vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.
