**Job Overview**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and upsell/cross-sell our services. Your goal will be to deliver a positive and memorable experience for every customer interaction.
**Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including but not limited to:
+ Managing customer accounts and profiles
+ Processing customer orders and requests
+ Resolving customer complaints and issues
* Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
* Explain and position our products and services with customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
* Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
* Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
**Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
* An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
* Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
* Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
* Strong team orientation and customer focus
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
