**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats
* Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
* Utilize arenaflex's systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers
* Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
* Explain and position arenaflex's products and processes with customers
* Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
* Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
* An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
* Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
* Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
