**What You’ll Do**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, navigating complex issues with ease, and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Here are just a few key responsibilities:
* **Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls**: Handle a high volume of calls with ease, using your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
* **Listen actively to understand customer needs**: Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their issues.
* **Access cardholder accounts**: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
* **Assist cardholders with inquiries**: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses.
* **Process transactions efficiently**: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision.
* **Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner**: Communicate with customers in a warm, empathetic manner, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
* **Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs**: Stay up-to-date on company and client programs, policies, and technology to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
* **Support team operations**: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Age requirement**: Be at least 18 years old.
* **High School Diploma or equivalent**: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* **Customer Service experience**: Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
* **Background check**: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
* **Compliance with camera requirements**: Comply with camera requirements for meetings and training.
* **Internet Service**: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
* **Work Area**: Have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
* **Equipment**: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment.
* **Internet Speed Test**: Complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.
* **Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications**: Possess a working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with 1+ years of previous call center experience.
