As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. This is a full-time, remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, Gabon, or Georgia (USA). **Responsibilities** As a Remote Inbound Benefit Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Verifying customer eligibility and answering general questions * Resetting passwords and uploading documents * Assisting with creating accounts * Engaging with customers over the phone and replying to online chat inquiries * Providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations **Additional Skills & Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including computers, laptops, and software applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to provide own computer/laptop with working camera for the first 3 weeks of training * Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:45am-8:15pm EST, Monday to Friday, and 8am-1pm on Saturdays **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you'll still be an integral part of our team.
