**Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling emergency signals with precision and care
* Notifying and verifying alarm signals in a timely manner
* Dispatching the proper authorities when necessary
* Providing exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless call center operations
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Prior customer service experience
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
* Basic computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
**Shifts and Schedules:**
We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your lifestyle, including:
* 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
* 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
* 10-hour shifts
* 12-hour shifts
* 8-hour shifts
* Evening shifts
* Holidays
* Night shifts
* Overnight shifts
* Weekends as needed
**Training and Development:**
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll undergo comprehensive paid training on site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from our experienced team members and develop the skills you need to succeed in this role.
