Our headquarters is located in Cincinnati, OH, and we're proud to be a part of the local community. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing information, answering questions, and resolving concerns via phone, email, and chat.
