**Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer service calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a prompt, respectful, and courteous manner
* Providing solutions to customers, including outbound calls and other communications
* Entering service data into computer systems and logging information about customer service interactions
* Updating information in a timely and accurate manner to track service inquiries and resolution
* Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
**Qualifications:**
* 1 year recent customer service or call center experience
* Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems
* Experience working in a remote call center environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

**Work Environment:**
As a remote call center representative, you will work from home and be responsible for creating a distraction-free work environment. arenaflex provides equipment and internet connectivity, and you will be required to have a hard-wired internet connection and meet the minimum internet requirements (ping/latency 100ms or less, download 25MBPS, upload 5MBPS, packet loss 0%). You will also be required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
