**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies and provide exceptional customer service.
* Building strong relationships with potential customers to reinforce the value of careerzynith's brand and pet insurance products.
* Managing time and resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently.
* Handling all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times.
* Building strong knowledge of products and services offered.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
* Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
* Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.
* Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills.
* Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections.
* Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail.
* Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet.
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Insurance industry sales experience.
* Service industry and/or Contact Center experience.

As a new hire, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role. Our training program includes:
* A 2-week training schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.
