Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch service to our clients in person, over the telephone, or via the internet. You'll be responsible for answering HOA requests, performing online banking requests, and providing services to clients, including debit card activity, online banking, bill pay, travel notices, fraud detection, and more. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Answer HOA requests by email, including setting up accounts, processing stop pays, researching transactions, adding signers, and completing required due diligence for all banking clients, including know your customer steps. * Perform online banking requests, including initiating wires, creating necessary documents, closing accounts, issuing official checks, account adjustments, and other basic customer requests. * Act as a liaison between arenaflex's management companies and arenaflex, responsible for escalated situations and inquiries outside of ContactUs limitations. * Consult with management on legal situations regarding agreements and contracts. * Assist with unusual requests or new scenarios from management companies/HOAs. * Provide services to clients, including debit card activity, online banking, bill pay, travel notices, fraud detection, and more. * Comply with policies and procedures related to the position. * Communicate with clients the features, advantages, and benefits of all bank deposit services. * Develop "relationship banking" with each customer, providing high-quality service and striving to retain and improve business relations. * Research and address Fraud Alerts. * Research and take appropriate action on dormant accounts for designated branches and clients. * Place debit card orders, complete research assignments, perform fraud assists as needed. * Support and process requests conducted through online banking, including address changes, new account requests, secure messages, and online banking applications. * Set up online banking for designated customers and provide ongoing support to clients for its use. * Submit cases to Jack Henry or Accounting Integrators to address daily support issues. * Answer phones as needed and provide client support. * Assist customers with checking accounts, setting up new accounts, making changes to existing accounts, and processing transfers and wires. **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * 2 or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and competing priorities * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the banking industry, preferably in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of banking products and services, including online banking and bill pay * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to change and competing priorities * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
