As a key member of our office support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, entering orders, tracking orders, and assisting with catalog requests. If you're a professional communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner * Enter orders, track orders, and assist with catalog requests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, order details, and inventory levels * Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer complaints and concerns * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products * Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed * Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Shopify Plus or other e-commerce platforms * Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices * Familiarity with contract roles and negotiations * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Strong knowledge of customer service software and systems **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
