Our culture is built on a foundation of respect, empathy, and a commitment to excellence, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our values. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles * Accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes * Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone * Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies * Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes * The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers * Problem-solving skills through analysis and ongoing feedback * The ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment * A high school diploma or GED * A background check * Residency within 1 hour driving distance from Des Moines, IA **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role: * Excellent typing and grammar skills * Ability to navigate a computer * Understanding and utilization of policy * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent phone etiquette skills * Reliable internet access **What We Offer** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * A competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour * Paid training with equipment provided * A full-time schedule with 40 hours per week * Career growth opportunities * PerkSpot employee discount program * Full benefit options, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time **Work Environment and Culture** Our work environment is designed to support your success, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need.
