In this role, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to auto insurance customers while resolving customer inquiries and procuring total loss information from insurers and vehicle owners. This is a remote position, and all onboarding and training will be conducted virtually. A desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, web cam, and headset will be provided. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in answering incoming calls from insurance adjusters and vehicle owners by explaining in detail arenaflex's valuation product offering * Document conversations with claims adjusters in regard to the specific loss report * Maintain a good relationship with dealers and claims adjusters to ensure overall customer satisfaction * Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other metric standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers **Requirements:** * No prior insurance or automotive experience is required, as we will train individuals who are willing to continue to learn and develop * High school diploma * Some college preferred * 3 years prior customer service experience required * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated * Ability to multi-task * Excellent mathematical and analytical skills * Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail * Possess a positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service * Strong technical aptitude * Ability to work independently * Quiet and professional home work environment free of distractions * High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload) **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we understand that our employees play an integral role in our vision to shape a world where life just works.
