Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Support

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to health plan members, providers, and their representatives via phone, email, or chat. * Answering and managing inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other healthcare procedures, billing and payments, and other related topics. * Conducting outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and provide assistance. * Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues to provide appropriate responses and types of assistance. * Documenting relevant information in a clear and concise manner in computer systems. * Communicating and partnering with customers tactfully and empathetically to resolve issues, using clear language to translate healthcare-related jargon and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions. * Handling and processing customer complaints/grievances while applying appropriate conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially stressful situations. * Meeting performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance. **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High school diploma or equivalent required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field. * Knowledge of healthcare-related terminology and procedures. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Certification in customer service or a related field. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High volume call handling experience. * Healthcare industry knowledge. * Microsoft Office skills. * Empathy and active listening skills. * Ability to work in a remote environment. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
