Our range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs will set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Remote Support, you'll: * Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, helping customers with healthcare needs such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more * Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences * Offer additional products and/or services to customers, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed support **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization * Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * A high school diploma or GED * A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking * Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs * A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing * High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone * Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment **What's in it for you?** At arenaflex, we champion our people, investing in their growth, development, and well-being.
