**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and efficient. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and adaptability will be essential in navigating complex customer issues and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Application Data Entry
- Online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
**Essential Qualifications**
- Moderate to Advanced computer skills
- High level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $16.50, plus performance incentives. Our benefits package includes a 401K match, Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO).
