**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Experience Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for leading a unique store group that will help arenaflex accelerate the world's transition to clean energy. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities in the local market to boost our brand's visibility and create more Tesla owners. You will be measured by your ability to achieve a combined store sales target, drive optimal team performance, and maintain store operations.
**Responsibilities**
* **Business Strategy**: Collaborate with the Store Manager to align on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time)
* **Client Experience**: Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness
* **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop management and staff, maintaining high position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures
* **Brand Standards**: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and preparation rules
**Requirements**
* **Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives
* **Self-Starting Business Visionary**: Outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
* **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Devoted and moral approach to sales and sales tasks, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships and serve as a well-respected, trusted partner
* **Ability to Work Nights and Weekends**: Ability to work in a retail environment, with the ability to move as needed
* **Valid Driver's License**: Substantial driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain relevant state licensing, where applicable
* **Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit**: This role requires an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
