**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Contact Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with information and support on a wide range of retirement products and services. You will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Educating customers on retirement products and services
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Building long-term relationships with customers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on retirement products and services

**What We're Looking For**
* High school diploma or equivalent; BA degree preferred
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not required
* Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections
* Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, and navigating multiple systems
* Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to new information and processes
* Availability to work any shift within the Monday through Friday operating hours of 7:30 am - 10 pm EST
