With a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the travel industry. **The Role** As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers to create personalized itineraries that meet their unique needs and preferences. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to client requests and questions, and ensuring that every client feels valued and supported throughout their travel journey. **Key Responsibilities** * Exemplify arenaflex's Core Values and Mission Statement, living out our culture and inspiring others to do the same * Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude * Surprising and delighting each client, innovating ways to exceed their expectations and ensure that no one falls through the cracks * Responding to client requests and questions as directed * Applying for payments and sending out payment reminders * Managing flight changes and seat assignments * Concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations * Corresponding with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure * Preparing client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising on what should be printed, etc. no later than 3 weeks before departure * As needed, assisting with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs * Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM * Setting schedules and managing time effectively and efficiently * Managing client profiles and bookings * Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies (can occur outside of normal office hours) * Continuing to grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten our remote workplace culture **Essential Qualifications** * Must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy * Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-oriented are essential for this role, as the position offers a significant amount of responsibility with accountability for results * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Team player who is willing and able to "roll up your sleeves" to complete a project * High degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with cloud-based CRM systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience with travel industry software and systems **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience with travel industry software and systems * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
