Your key responsibilities will include: * Becoming proficient in all knowledge base requirements to resolve clients' needs as efficiently as possible * Mastering all platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation, and relevant data * Maintaining accurate documentation of conversations in designated systems to ensure handoff continuity and client profile accuracy * Managing high volumes of tasks in a timely and efficient manner * Identifying client needs, researching issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives * Building sustainable relationships and engaging clients by providing best-in-class service * Meeting and/or exceeding established inbound call quality guidelines and key performance criteria * Providing excellent client service and advocacy * Working across the organization as needed to resolve client requests * Assisting clients with the onboarding process by providing status of application and registration process, guidance on next steps, and answering any questions * Dispatching available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis * Effectively communicating to clients how to use any of our client-facing tools * Performing other duties as deemed necessary by management **Minimum Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements: * High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field * OR a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience * OR 7 years' experience in a related field **Preferred Requirements** While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge * Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone or email context * Attention to detail and follow-through * Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment * Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic, and demanding environment * Demonstrated experience being a customer-focused, service-oriented professional **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
