As a colleague, you'll become part of a diverse and inclusive community that values your contributions, recognizes your achievements, and supports your growth and development. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Care Professional in our Small Business Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to: * Service inbound calls, engage with small business owners and decision-makers, and learn about their needs to recommend the right arenaflex products and services * Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and elements of arenaflex Small Business Services * Continuously improve your key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales * Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment * Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures * Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats * Build strong relationships with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits * Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication * Proven success in a customer service and sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs * Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services is an asset **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Care Professional in our Small Business Sales team, you'll work in a hybrid model from our Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center. Based on business needs, training may be held 100% on-site or virtually. After the first 90 days, you'll work within the hybrid model.
