As a Full or Part-Time Remote Customer Care Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our team of customer care specialists, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. **Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Care Manager, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:

* **Responding to Client Requests and Questions**: You'll respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
* **Managing Flight Changes and Seat Assignments**: You'll efficiently manage flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring that our clients' travel plans are seamless.
* **Concierge-Related Details**: You'll arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations, as well as other concierge-related services, to enhance our clients' travel experiences.
* **Corresponding with Clients**: You'll communicate with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences.
* **Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips**: You'll prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure that our clients are well-prepared for their trips.
* **Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status**: You'll update our cloud-based CRM system with daily activity, reporting, and status, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date.
* **Setting Schedules and Managing Time**: You'll set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, ensuring that our team is productive and meets deadlines.
* **Managing Client Profiles and Bookings**: You'll manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring that our clients' travel plans are accurate and up-to-date.
* **Serving as Backup Travel Support**: You'll serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, providing emergency support to our clients outside of normal office hours.
