You'll work closely with our clients to drive solutions and resolve complex technological challenges, utilizing your advanced knowledge of Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware. If you're a skilled communicator with a passion for presenting complex technical concepts, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Utilize advanced knowledge in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware to design and implement robust solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. * Engage with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking to drive innovation and efficiency in our clients' environments. * Conduct architecture consultation and support for hybrid infrastructures and cloud adoption using the Well Architected Framework, ensuring that our clients' solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. * Interface with enterprise and government clients to successfully plan, deploy, and optimize on-premises, private, and public cloud environments, aligning their technical goals with business objectives. * Advise clients on strategic decisions, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of their organizations and driving business growth through technology. * Confidently present complex technical concepts and solutions to clients, aligning them with business goals and objectives, and influencing decisions effectively. * Provide comprehensive systems architecture, administration, operations, and software support, ensuring that our clients' environments are secure, efficient, and optimized. * Solve advanced technical issues and deliver training for Microsoft enterprise software products, empowering our clients to get the most out of their technology investments. **Requirements** * A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving systems architecture, IT consulting, support, and advanced troubleshooting. * 5 years of experience with Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware, with a strong understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy. * A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience, with advanced Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies (Azure, Windows Server) highly preferred. * Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with cloud migration and management, including Azure Migrate and Azure Monitor. * Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Azure DevOps and GitHub. * Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS. * Experience with IT service management frameworks, including ITIL and COBIT. **Benefits** * Competitive compensation package, including a base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits. * Private medical plans, including health, dental, and vision coverage. * Retirement savings plans, including a 401(k) or equivalent. * Paid learning days, allowing you to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends. * Flexible workplaces, including remote work options and flexible hours. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
