**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Cloud AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and assessing large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure
* Helping clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by running benchmarks for current models, finding opportunities to use accelerators for new models, developing migration paths, and assisting with research fees to optimize performance
* Working closely with internal Cloud AI teams to remove roadblocks and shape the future of services
* Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that incorporate Google Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure
* Designing and architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases
* Profiling and benchmarking performance using tools like Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, and Tensorboard
* Developing repeatable assets to enable other clients and internal teams
* Influencing arenaflex's approach on the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for customer requirements
* Traveling to customer sites and events as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience
* At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure
* Experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models
* Proven ability to deliver technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions aligned with customer-defined scope and success metrics
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions
**Desired Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience in education and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators
* Experience running MLPerf benchmarks
* Familiarity with performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard)
* Experience in distributed training and optimizing performance versus cost
* Ability to design and architect large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases

**Compensation and Perks**
The salary range for this full-time role is $125-$175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
