**Responsibilities**
As a remote chatbot developer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and implementing chatbot applications that meet the needs of our elite U.S. clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing and documenting data coming from bot conversations to identify patterns, trends, and conversational flows
* Collaborating with system architects and programmers to design and develop chatbot applications
* Designing and building conversational chatbots that provide exceptional user experiences
* Defining recurring questions to automate answers and responses
* Assisting in the handling of multilingual support
* Building and deploying internal testing tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our chatbot applications
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes and strategies to enhance the end-user experience
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of experience working with chatbots and customer-facing production projects (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
* Proficiency in AI/chatbot development landscape, tools, and other frameworks
* Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and NLP algorithms
* Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, etc.
* Understanding of recommendation algorithm used in e-commerce and advertising
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle
* Fluent in English to communicate effectively
* Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with US time zones
