**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will also be responsible for accurately entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, handling patient medication requests, and resolving data entry-related exceptions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
* Accurately enter patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems
* Handle patient medication requests, including filling prescriptions, handling refills, and resolving medication-related issues
* Resolve data entry-related exceptions, including missing information, incorrect data, and system errors
* Investigate and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service and data entry skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Basic web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a browser
+ Typing URLs in the address bar
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Basic keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
+ Typing by memory
+ Organizing files
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 WPM
+ Typing by memory
+ Organizing files
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
