Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technology, and exceptional customer service. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients and clients, while also working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling high-volume customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner * Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary data entry system to accurately and efficiently process patient and medication information * Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner * Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions * Providing exceptional support to patients and clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing education on arenaflex services and products **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter information into a suitable system * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing * Investigate and resolve missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all data entry-related exceptions and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner * Handle correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement necessities * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35/hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work schedule, including remote work options * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for healthcare and retail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
