**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in driving data-driven decision-making, process improvements, and customer-centric initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a high-performing analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize AppleCare Support operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency
* Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and drive revenue growth
* Communicate complex analytics findings and recommendations to senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on analytics initiatives

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
* Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master's in Statistics (MS), or related field
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or related field
* Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data mining techniques
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Apple's products and services
* Knowledge of Apple's business operations and customer support processes
* Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
* Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
