**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in optimizing our customer experience. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic recommendations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve our global contact center support business
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive productivity and enhance customer experiences
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
* Communicate complex ideas and results to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer experience
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desirable)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
* Proven expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
