**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead our Workforce Activities & Operations Management team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategic solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, HR, and executive leadership, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and operational efficiency
* Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
* Develop and implement strategic solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
* Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate key findings and recommendations
* Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including store operations, HR, and executive leadership
* Direct and coach team members to ensure successful project execution and delivery
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, operations, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or operations management role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Experience leading high-performing teams and driving business growth and operational efficiency
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a retail or field operations environment
* Strong knowledge of business operations, including process improvement and change management
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
