**Job Description**
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the forecasting process for assigned business lines, encouraging collaboration, streamlining business cycles, and capturing stakeholder needs. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation while implementing data-driven process enhancements to improve existing work processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting to meet business needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to identify opportunities for business improvement and process streamlining
* Develop and implement data-driven process enhancements to improve existing work processes, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity
* Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for business growth and improvement
* Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business partners and cross-functional teams
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and process enhancements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and opportunities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders
* Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Sigma and Tableau
* Strong understanding of data systems, including Snowflake and data warehouses
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Experience with machine learning and AI technologies
* Experience with data science and analytics tools, such as Python and R
* Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools, such as Power BI and QlikView
* Experience with process improvement and automation tools, such as Lean and Six Sigma

**Compensation and Benefits**
* The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
