**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working on a part-time basis with 8 hours of work per week. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Deals, Field Operations, Benefit Development, and Finance, to deliver high-quality results and drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Pre-and post-examination of client programs, vital tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to assist the business in making informed decisions.
* Investigate the execution of different pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
* Maintain and update required tools and software in accordance with business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
* Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions.
* Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
* Support the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to drive financial targets and enhance value chain capabilities.
* Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/prerequisites.
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and develop business case outlines.
* Any other related and assigned tasks.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation.
* Experience in Management Consulting or Engineering is highly desirable.
* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.
* Strong data analysis skills, including data visualization through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
* Proficient in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of Benefit and Loss Statements.
* Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Solid change management skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business performance.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Preferred Skills**
* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
* Measurable analysis using R or a similar tool.
* Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
* Knowledge of SharePoint.
* Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes.
* Project management or support experience.
